Experiment purpose: Grinding of rice leaves, the object of this experiment is rice leaves, which will be used to extract RNA later.

Experimental steps:

1. Prepare a set of Tissuelyser-24L, a set of 2ml*24 adapters and a number of zebrafish samples to be ground.

2. Put 2 rice leaves, grinding beads and lysate into a centrifuge tube and close the lid.

3. Put the adapter into the grinder to fix it, cover the adapter cover after placing it, and tighten the nut.

4. Start grinding after setting the frequency and grinding time.

6. After grinding, open the instrument and take out the centrifuge tube, and then follow-up experiments can be carried out. The grinding effect is as follows:

(Grinding renderings)

The above picture shows the grinding effect of 1 minute, which has been completely ground. The effect is very good. The metal adapter must be pre-cooled, because the heating will degrade the RNA, and the pre-cooling module will absorb heat to prevent the degradation of RNA. The Shanghai Jingxin Multi-sample Tissue Grinder can grind 24 samples at a time, which greatly improves the previous use The efficiency of liquid nitrogen hand grinding, so manual grinding is particularly inconvenient. After many understandings and comparisons, the teacher chose Jingxin grinding machine instead of manual processing. High efficiency and good effect. The perfect solution to the teacher's grinding problem.
